1. WHEN CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO VIEW THE VENUE?
Appointments are available from;
Monday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM,

2. DO I HAVE TO HAVE A WEDDING PLANNER?
No, our special events team can assist you with all your planning requirements.
3. CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN CATERING?
We are pleased to custom design your menu. Casa Ricca Banquet Hall does allow outside caterers to provide catering services for clients that want specific ethnic catering or who have specific religious requirements that cannot be met by our catering team. A food waiver would be required to be signed by the convener and the catering company, waiving Casa Ricca Banquet Hall of all liabilities.
4. DO YOU OFFER FOOD TASTINGS?
With pleasure! Delicious food tastings are complimentary once you have contracted with Casa Ricca Banquet Hall.
5. CAN WE MAKE CHANGES TO THE MENU?
Yes, we can always customize a menu to fit your event. Additional fees may apply based on the changes you make to your menu.
6. CAN WE PROVIDE OUR OWN BAR?
Yes, you can provide your own bar if your gueslist is minimum 200. You would need to get a special occasion’s permit (SOP). All purchases would have to be made through the LCBO. You would be required to provide Casa Ricca Banquet Hall with a copy of all your receipts. (Corkage fees will apply)
7.WHAT TIME DOES THE BAR CLOSE?
All our bars would close by 1:00 AM, unless specified otherwise. For an additional fee, you can extend you bar until 2:00 AM.
8. WHAT TIME DO EVENTS NEED TO END?
All events have scheduled end times but the latest an event needs to end would be 2:00 AM.
9. WILL OTHER EVENTS OCCUR ON THE SAME NIGHT?
Yes, we have multiple rooms at Casa Ricca Banquet Hall, so other events may take place at the same time.
10. CAN YOU BRING IN YOUR OWN DJ?
Yes, you may bring in your own DJ. Casa Ricca Banquet Hall has in house audio, video, and lighting provider for the Casa Ricca Banquet Hall. They are more than happy to ensure success at your event. (Outside DJ’s are required to pay a hook up fee or the DJ's bring their own sound system to avoid fees.)
11. WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?
Casa Ricca Banquet Hall offers ample amount of complimentary parking for all guests.
12. ARE CANDLES ALLOWED?
Yes, as long as they are contained in a candle holder or votive holder.
13. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cheques, cash, debit or credit card.
