Private tours are available Monday to Sunday, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

2. Do I need to hire a wedding planner?
Not at all. Our expert in-house events team will guide you through every detail — from concept to celebration.

3. CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN CATERING?
We are pleased to custom-design your menu.
Outside caterers are not permitted to provide catering services at Casa Ricca Banquet Hall.
4. DO YOU OFFER FOOD TASTINGS?
With pleasure! Delicious food tastings are complimentary for two guests once you have contracted with Casa Ricca Banquet Hall.
5. CAN WE MAKE CHANGES TO THE MENU?
Absolutely. We can create a personalized menu to suit your guests' tastes and dietary needs.

6. CAN WE PROVIDE OUR OWN BAR?
No outside alcohol is permitted at our venue.
7.WHAT TIME DOES THE BAR CLOSE?
All our bars close by 12:00 AM, unless otherwise specified.
Bar service is provided for a maximum of 6 hours, with any additional time subject to an extra fee and pending prior booking agreement.

8. WHAT TIME DO EVENTS NEED TO END?
All events have scheduled end times, typically ending by 1:00 AM, but later times may be arranged pending prior booking agreement.
9. WILL OTHER EVENTS OCCUR ON THE SAME NIGHT?
Yes, Casa Ricca Banquet Hall features multiple beautiful rooms, allowing us to host several events simultaneouslywith complete privacy and comfort.
10. CAN YOU BRING IN YOUR OWN DJ?
Yes, you may bring in your own DJ. Casa Ricca Banquet Hall also offers in-house audio, video, and lighting servicesto enhance your event. Outside DJs are required to either pay a hookup fee or provide their own complete sound system to avoid additional charges.
11. WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?
We provide ample complimentary on-site parking for all guests.
12. ARE CANDLES ALLOWED?
Yes — candles are allowed as long as they are in votive holders or enclosed containers.
Taper candles are not permitted due to fire safety regulations.
13. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cheques, cash, email transfer, debit or credit card.
(2.5% or more transaction fee applies only on credit cards).
