Private tours are available Monday to Sunday, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Please call or email us to book your visit and review menu options and pricing with an event coordinator.

Not at all. Our expert in-house events team will guide you through every detail — from concept to celebration.

Can we customize the menu?
We are pleased to custom design your menu. Casa Ricca Banquet Hall does not allow outside caterers to provide catering services.

6. CAN WE PROVIDE OUR OWN BAR?
No, we do not allow outside alcohol at our venue.
7.WHAT TIME DOES THE BAR CLOSE?
All our bars would close by 12:00 AM, unless specified otherwise.

8. WHAT TIME DO EVENTS NEED TO END?
All events have scheduled end times but the latest an event needs to end would be 1:00 AM.
9. WILL OTHER EVENTS OCCUR ON THE SAME NIGHT?
Yes, we have multiple rooms at Casa Ricca Banquet Hall, so other events may take place at the same time.
10. CAN YOU BRING IN YOUR OWN DJ?
Yes, you may bring in your own DJ. Casa Ricca Banquet Hall has in house audio, video, and lighting provider. They are more than happy to ensure success at your event. (Outside DJ’s are required to pay a hook up fee or the DJ's bring their own sound system to avoid fees.)
11. WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?
We provide ample complimentary on-site parking for all guests.
12. ARE CANDLES ALLOWED?
Yes — candles are allowed as long as they are in votive holders or enclosed containers.
Taper candles are not permitted due to fire safety regulations.
13. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cheques, cash, email transfer, debit or credit card.
(2.5% or more transaction fee applies only on credit cards).
